First login me apna naam, mobile, shop name, address dalein. GSTIN optional hai (only if registered).

Home screen pe + button → naam + mobile + opening balance dalein. Press Save.

Customer pe click → "Diya" (credit) ya "Mila" (payment) button → amount + note dalein.

Saara data Firebase Cloud me auto-save hota hai. Phone change kare to bhi sab safe.

List me se kisi ek customer pe click karein → detail screen khulega.

Diya / Mila Choose Karo

"Diya" = customer ne udhaar liya (red). "Mila" = customer ne payment ki (green).

Amount + Note + Date

Amount calculator se add kar sakte ho. Note = "2 bori chawal", "cash mila", etc. Date default aaj ki hoti hai.

Photo (Optional)

Receipt ya bill ki photo attach kar sakte ho — chote business owners ke liye useful.

💡 Pro Tip: WhatsApp pe payment receipt aaye to "Image attach" karke save karo. Future me dispute hone par proof ready.

Bill Type Choose

GST Bill — registered businesses ke liye, tax breakdown ke saath. Kacha Bill — small purchases, no GST.

Save karte hi bill khulega → "📤 Share" button click → WhatsApp / Email / PDF / Print — sab options.

⚠️ GST Rules: GST bill banane se pehle profile me GSTIN dalein. Items me proper GST rate set karein (0%, 5%, 12%, 18%, 28%).

Item save karte time SKU me barcode scan icon → phone camera se barcode scan kar sakte hain.

Bill banaye → stock automatically kam ho jata hai. Purchase add karein → stock badh jata hai.

Har unit ke alag bills, items, staff. Khata bhi unit-wise filter hota hai. Reports bhi unit-specific.

💡 Pro Tip: Saare staff, items, customers automatically "Default Unit" me hain. Migration zaroorat nahi.

Full access except delete. Bills banao, khata maintain karo, items manage karo. Trusted partners ke liye.

Sirf attendance + salary view. Mobile + password se login. Field workers ke liye.
